Olive oils with seasonal fresh crushed olives that are infused with natural flavours, along with our fused olive oils that combine the whole fruit, peppers, or herbs during the crushing stage. We only use our UP EVOO as the base in our infusions and fusions, once something other than the olive is used, it can no longer be classified as a true Extra Virgin Olive Oil, hence infused and fused olive oils.
