Our Espresso Aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Beautiful on Italian style deserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Sauté onions and mushrooms then finish with a splash of Espresso Balsamic.
Ingredients: Grape must, less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
